End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

By installing or using this software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single device or as specified in the individual license agreement. You are not allowed to redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license without prior written consent from LLMGrader.com.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer this software. You may not use the software for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates the terms of this agreement. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by LLMGrader.com

3. Ownership

This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that LLMGrader.com retains all ownership rights to the software, including but not limited to, the source code, object code, and documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is." LLMGrader.com makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the software’s performance, security, or suitability for any particular use. LLMGrader.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

6. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this agreement must be conducted in the courts of Florida.

7. Acceptance

By installing or using this software, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement.
